How long does a custom illustration take?

Pet and House Portraits take approximately 2 weeks to paint. Other Custom Illustrations may take longer depending on the scope of the project. Send a message to koneallart@gmail.com if you would like to get an estimate for other commission art. Estimated shipping time is 5 business days.

How do I send reference photos?

After placing your order, please email all reference photos to koneallart@gmail.com. Don’t forget to include your name and order confirmation number in your email!

What sizes do you offer?

My most popular Portrait size is 5″x7″, but I also offer miniature sizes as small as 2″x3″. See each item page for size and price details. If you’d like a larger size illustration, send me a message and let’s work together!

Will I get to see my custom portrait before it’s finished?

Yes! I will send you a photograph of the illustration before finalizing and shipping to you. All paintings will arrive unframed.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, since each hand-painted item is unique, I do not accept any returns or refunds for custom artwork. If your painting arrived damaged, send me a message with a photograph of the damage and we will work together on a replacement.

What materials do you use?

Each illustration is hand-painted by me on high quality Strathmore Cold Pressed Watercolor Paper. I use an assortment of Winsor & Newton watercolor and gouache paints and Micron pens.
